My Autodata Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and clicking ‘Manage Subscription’. You will then be able to choose to either close your account or change your subscription type. Please note, that you will still have to pay any outstanding subscription fees if you cancel your Autodata subscription before the end of its expiry date.
If You decide to cancel Your autodata subscription before the end of its expiry period, we will refund Your subscription fee minus any updates that you have already downloaded (a full refund is available for subscribers who cancelled their subscription within 14 days from the initial purchase contract). We cannot offer partial or full refunds on subscriptions which have been used after this time frame.
Upon receipt of the correctly completed Registration Form and in consideration of (and payment by You of) the Subscription Fee, Autodata grants to You a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Subscription Area for Your internal use only for the duration of Your Subscription Period. Autodata may terminate this Licence Agreement and Your right to access the Subscription Area with immediate effect, on notice to You (including by email or electronic communication) if You fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement. On termination of this Licence Agreement, You must immediately delete all copies of the Autodata Information from Your computers and mobile devices.
How Do I Cancel My Autodata Subscription?
You hereby acknowledge that the Autodata Information is compiled from information supplied by vehicle and component manufacturers, and from the results of tests carried out by Autodata and does not purport to be comprehensive or complete. To the extent permitted by law, Autodata does not accept any liability for the inaccuracy of any of the information contained therein.
The Autodata Training portal content is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to Autodata Training and its licensors. You agree to abide by all copyright, trademark and other legal notices posted on the Site and not to modify or alter the Site or its contents in any way. You also agree not to:
You may not use the Autodata Training portal or its content for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Autodata Training. You may not distribute, transfer, sublicense or create derivative works based on any of the Autodata Training portal content or software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or translate the software or any other aspect of the Autodata Training portal content.

You may NOT “frame,” “mirror” or employ any similar navigational technology to the Autodata Training portal content.
