Wrestling is one of the oldest sports of humanity. It is a sport that embodies the struggles we must overcome in life, drawing on our natural gifts, strengths and cunning. It is the fight for survival made physical, and hence wrestling is considered a noble and serious sport. However, there is wrestling, and then there is mixed wrestling. Here you have men who usually pay a woman smaller and weaker than them to basically pretend to put them in body locks and holds. The man will obviously allow her to test him, and there are few points where he is truly dominated or in a truly compromising position.

Instead of being locked in a deadly fight and using every fiber of their being to beat an opponent, these fighters are clearly taking a kick from a different kind of so-called “sparring.” Seen in the context of the traditional sport of wrestling, mixed wrestling seems like something of a farce. And you could say that it is. Mixed wrestling of the fantasy variety is for entertainment purposes and has more to do with sexual arousal than anything else. These days, it is a fast growing industry as it is legal and there is money to be made from it. It’s not prostitution: grown men pay to wrestle with grown women, and that’s all they get, at least on paper. It’s a step above massage (which is supposed to be 100% non-sexual) in terms of sexual gratification because the man doesn’t just stand there passively being worked on. No, he can grab and hold and be held by a (usually) scantily clad woman.

What do I not like about the situation? Almost like a dry hump? Clients will pay around $300 per visit, typically, and they usually specify whether they want to play wrestling or do something more serious. Not bad money for a little wrestling match, especially when these men could probably wrestle their friends for free or sign up for a wrestling class. But yes, there are women who are decent fighters who can give men a run for their money and even win matches. In general, these more serious matches are not what men are looking for.

For those with less money, wrestling videos downloaded from the internet are often the route to… um… gratification. There are several paid websites that have sprung up, with the most popular ones featuring fantasy wrestling.
